    Sorry I didn't put a text in. I really appreciate people's opinion. Im trying to get the hang of this stuff. I think it's a dd. Im going to wait to post the date and mint mark after I get a couple responses. Thanks everyone

    I would like to advise but we need a Date..
    Most likely a plating issue caused by Die Deterioration .. not Doubled Die

    You posted a Cent last night with the date, the 1994.. You should always include the date.. why would you not? You won't get many responses if you don't. The date is a big clue to your question!
