I dont know if im looking at a doubled die or machine doubling. It only looks like one strike from an angle. Also on the right side of the steps there appears to be something abd look at the E and N on cent
I can't see anything from those photos, they'd need to be closer. Likely, it's MD if anything at all... Here's a picture to help you decide for yourself.
I don't see anything, but your first shots are of a 94; then you ask, "if this is better" and it is a 92????
I have some of the same things on a handful of the 1992 and 1993 coins at the date, LIB, and IGWT. I think this is just machine doubling. Here are some pictures of the 1992 D and 1993 Dcent. It's even missing some cladding on the mint mark. .
If I'm seeing the one mint mark detail correctly, the zinc is showing through with the "doubling." This is a form of the "split plating" which ken454 mentions, and is a callout for machine doubling on Zlincolns. It, by existing, makes you more likely to figure the rest of the "doubling" you see is also machine doubling so you have a nice reference piece for it in the future.
