    Ahh, there the pics are. Bad pictures, but I would say AU53-55 based on those. Smooth shoulder, not super great details in zig zag part of the head piece. Looks like it is in a self slab holder, so I guess 62-63 in there.

    Given the wear on the bonnet, I'd say MS-61, maybe 62.

    Is it in a slab or in an album?

    I'm ignoring the scratches as they look like they are on the holder. The Eagle does show some wear. I also noticed what appears to be a ding on the rim at 3:00. I may be on the high end but it could be an AU-58. The luster looks good but that could be the light. Photos are so deceiving.

    I did not mention any scratches, just wear. And read a few posts above yours, that looks like where the insert is over the coin, not a ding. The smooth shoulder prevents MS grade.

    I would pay extra money if PCGS or NGC graded it AU52.
