They are in order. A small premium perhaps. The currency collectors may chime in. They can tell you for sure.

No, and especially not in that condition.

you might want to keep them for trade, some people collect em, but I highly doubt that you can sell them for a premium unless ebay is nuttier than I thought

If you look in the corners of each note you will see it's value :joyful:

Ok seriously... they may carry a small premium, if any. Unfortunately for you, they are from a recent series (2013) and a large print run (3,200,000). Also the fold in the center. If the fold isn't creased into the bill and everything else is flawless, then maybe the market would pay a small premium for both being that they are consecutive stars.

Yeah the crease isnt stuck the bills look perfect. I have them under my red book to flatten them out. Whats a small premium? 2$ each or less? Im new to this, its a bit of learning curve.

From these images (photos, not flatbed scans), the left margins look wide and the right margins look narrow on the face, so the note being off-center effects the value significantly. No premium. Just put them aside and expect nothing from them. I like to save notes like these as spending money towards other items I might buy at a coin or paper money show.
