I can't tell by the scans if it has been cleaned, though it looks it. I also think I see hairlines on it, and I do not like the rim hit at 1 o'clock reverse. Any photos of it? Based on what I see I will say VF Details.
Agreed, I'm thinking VF details. It looks cleaned. I have not looked it up to determine if $11 is a good price for it. What matters is only if you think it is a good price.
XF by US standards and closer to AU. 100% Cleaned. Check the reverse at 9 O'clock as it looks like some idiot tried to remove (tooled with a sharp instrument) the black (probably corrosion) in one spot. Evidence: What looks like a few, "shiny" lines dug into the surface. Thankfully, when he saw the damage he was doing, he did not continue to the other black area.
