Dimes possible error cap?

    I think these 2are capped but I'm still very new at this and would like some other opinions is really appreciate it!
    Years are 1991p and 1999p and on the 1991 the 1 is almost faded or completely is that normal?

    What do you mean by 'capped'?

    And the date is normal on the 1991

    The 1 could be caused by a filled die but that's all I'm seeing.

    None are capped errors.. o_O

    On the 1999 P - Looks like a slight MAD which is the term for Misaligned Die. That would cause the slight Finned Rim appearance on the North East area of your coin.
    Normal occurrence on many Dimes so not a major error.

    The picture doesn't show it but the rim is like that all over the 1999 one it just looks wierd read online it could be called capped just want sure
