It is a flying eagle cent that is damaged. Don't know a specific value at this time but its not a whole lot. Still a great coin!
That is a British large penny made of copper. Almost 30 million were minted and is worth about a buck
Any of these worth anything? I'm new to collecting and a guy I know has thousands of coins like this and I've been buying some here and there for a few dollars for all of these. Are they worth my time.
Looks like normal old world and US coins to me. Hope your not paying too much for those. I would price the coins in that picture about $4.00 - $6.00 dollars worth, taking into account the US silver (just the Dimes.. not the Nickels).
I think you're paying too much. You need to learn more about the value of coins before you start spending your money. You should also be aware that common-date coins that are damaged are only worth about face value. Chris
And 5 Eisenhower 1$ coins with those. I offerd the 10$ I should have said less. I'm going to get more from him and show him these messages so he will see there's not any money in the coins but they look cool lol thanks guys I need all the input I can get
No! Don't show him these messages. He may have a thin skin and will just stop selling coins to you. You need to learn more about the value of coins and how to haggle with him to reach a fair deal. Chris
I recommend asking some banks if they have them, some do. I can readily get them at banks, I only get the 40% silver ones and some of the rarer varieties though having already completed the rest of the general circulation issues. IMO Circulated clad Ikes are only worth face value, unless they are any rare varieties.
I agree here. Never show all your cards at one time, learn values, learn information from members here and then go to your dealer.
