I think it would get XF Details. I really, really like the Liberty Seated series. I don't own any in the Dollar size but I hope to someday.
Details meaning there's damage to the coin so it wouldn't straight grade. I have no idea on details prices, sorry.
Ch VF, to be on the safe side, on remaining details alone; EF doesn't appear unreasonable though, but she is a bit beat and literally rough around the edges. It's solidly in the problem category, a plentiful date, and not worth submitting imo. Price/value wise, I assume you're talking online, so your best bet may be to search out completed listings and go from there. There are very good reasons why many coins like this end up on the bay.
I'll go with VF30. There is a lot of rim damage on that coin, especially the reverse. Too much for a XF grade. The B and the E in LIBERTY are starting to wear. That to is a tell tail sign of a high VF coin.
I agree with most of the people who posted. I initially said XF (40) because of the awe I had for the coin. Truth is, with the issues it has with it, I'd say VF35 to be safe. It'll still fetch you some money I'm sure.
It appears to have VF-35 details, but there are at least 3 problems with it, which will lower the value. There are the rim dings, which you pointed out. There is also environmental damage (corrosion, or a spot, or something) on the reverse around America and on the obverse at her elbow. There also appears to be hairlines from an old cleaning in the obverse fields. The value is probably in the $250 - $300 range. If you are interested in selling it, I would probably recommend sending it in for authentication. The cost of certification may not be worth it for this coin, however.
