Confirm/Provide more info on (1598 - 1621 AD) Spanish colonial please

Good afternoon,

I was hoping I might be able to confirm if this coin is genuine and if the description is accurate. I do not have a scale but it is about 37mm to 40mm (just under 1 1/2 inches). Attaching photos. I believe this to be:

(Philip III 1598 - 1621 ) Spanish colonial 8 reales silver COB from Bolivia's Potosí mint. Mint Mark: P. Assayer: R.

Any insight would be very helpful, thank you.
