I found this coin under my closet after I had missed it for over a year. I brushed it and could read Apamea in Greek on reverse. The obverse is somewhat worn but could still be identifiable. I only wonder whether it's the face of a woman? The coin weighs 7.25 g.
I think it's the below coin, Syrian? Idk, I'm not an ancient collector, someone is sure to chime in soon. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Syri-a-Apam...580745?hash=item2a5e1cee49:g:BRgAAOSw3ydVqqgG
What are you talking Cyrrhus? Were're not on the first of April, nor am I in a fancy dream. I was going to have a stroke.
Cheers.. Hope to catch an expensive wealthy queen before the end of the year or even before Christmas.
