Something about the bottom right coin makes me think I ought to be seeing a "D" mint mark on it, but I don't.
There are two type B's in that stash of 4 quarters for just a tinsy weensy bit over spot #CHERRYPICKED! 1957
Three different reverses. The Type A is the normal, expected reverse. The Type B was supposed to be a Proof-only reverse, yet a few slipped into Business Strike use in the late 50's and 60's, and the Business Strike examples are pretty uncommon and collectable. The Type C is 1964-D only, and is a die intended for use in 1965 on the new clad coinage which somehow got into the wild early and struck 1964's. It's a biggie in terms of rarity.
Ditto to what SuperDave said and here's more info on the varieties. Business Strike Reverse B Washington Quarters http://washingtonquarterresource.com/index.php/rvds 1964 D Reverse C http://doubleddie.com/286101.html
