Years ago, we had a " Put & Take " here in Michigan .
It only cost an extra 5 bucks on your hunting license .

My wife has a professional incubator and last spring hatched a whole bunch of pheasant chicks for one of her friends who wanted to populate his fields with the birds.

 

Honest to God, Rick, I did not shoot your pheasant. I don't even live near you. By the way, when you have the time, would you send me the arrowhead? I collect them.

Oh, I have no Idea. My wife wasn't asked to hatch anymore this spring so one of 2 things - they thrived in her field or else they drew the foxes and coyotes into them - But she is a very good shot with night vision capability!!

 

This is one serious hunter!

I agree totally. This is overkill in a BIG way. And he's way overdressed the bloke is.

 

Well now that we know what the bird is, what's the coin? It looks to be a die crack but I can't tell you anything about the value.
