    I’m not familiar with the series but that is definitely circulated. I’m assuming you mean low mintage and not message.
    I’d guess it’s in the XF range.

    The price guide lists a couple varieties. A 6 over 6. (Nope.)
    And "Arrowhead" where there is something inside the 6. Also no.
    Click on the guide that was posted. And then click on 1946 arrowhead and it should take you to a page and show you the variety. (Die chip?)

    When did they quit making the Canadian Five Cent coin? I have a 1947 in great shape and 1964.
