2004 4 over 3 penny error?

This is one of my brothers pennies. It has a 3 on it near the 2004 what do you guys think???

I need a better close-up of the date.

To make it bigger, Click on the pic, right by the X there is a button with an arrow on it saying "open in new window" then click on it, and click it again and it will get bigger

 

That's still not good enough. The original photo is slightly blurry, and enlarging it simply increases the distortion. You need a copy stand or a tripod to reduce camera shake.
