http://cgi.ebay.com/Over-a-Hundred-...623QQihZ010QQcategoryZ525QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem This looks way too good to be true...scam ???
first off, I would say the grading is wayyyyy off on the coins shown. I'm sure the rest of the slabs are all third tier slabbers also.
Yea! $100,000 per the PCGS price guide for ANI graded (?) coins. Search the other threads for ANI and you will understand.
they only posted pics of a few coins, and tell you the the autcion is for 35+ coins, but then says (Number of coins is according to value of each coin.) i think this is his 'out' which means the buyer will probably get 35 or so certified cents ... although, i truly hope not
Look at who graded them, the ones he show are either ANI or NTC, warning signal number one, and warning signal number too, the pic of the Morgan is really fuzzy, as are the others. From what I saw of the Morgan, I only could gander a 64 grade, not a 67 IMHO. But that's just me, so I vote scam. Phoenix
Even with a shoddy scan the first Morgan will NEVER get MS67 from PCGS. You can see the chatter on the face and fields. ANI is not PCGS misspelled. Plus look at the sellers name. twomenandaloop. What kind of loop a fruit loop? Or do thing they meant loupe? I wouldn't drop a dime on that auction.
Yep, scam.... They never actually tell you what you get. They just MENTION they have 35+ coins to sell. That same auction is currently listed by them 4 more times.
Always check feedback... Although there are many pleased customers, I think the following negative ones and probably the only honest (or maybe informed would be a better word) ones...
