Are they cancelled Euros? Where do see a lot of them?

 

They were cancelled by the mint and are coins (pennies?) no more.

I, too, want to know where you see a lot of them.

 

Make that three that want to know where you see a lot of them.

 

If they are why are there no other pictures of them online like other denominations?
Do they cancel pennies?

 

Yes, they do. They're called 'waffled', it's the way the mint cancels coins. Where are you seeing a lot of them?

 

What mint? That isn't the cancelling pattern that the US Mint uses so they probably aren't US coins.
