Just a new $5 I wanted to post!

Hello Everyone...

Long time since I have been on..due to work and travel. Just wanted to post a pic of a nice $5 I picked up recently....just a few more needed to finish the $5 New York set from 1914 thru current!!

Rick,that is a very nice fiver you've picked up - 1981,which is the year Ronald Reagan was inaugurated as President of America.

Thanks guy's....have not posted many of the NY notes lately. when I was posting before I received some
(lets say) unusual commuication...so I decided to stop posting for a while. I have moved everything into bank saftey deposit boxes and now do not worry so much about possible threats.

I was being more cautious than anything else..thats just me. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy this note and the others I plan to post soon.

according to this, that note was printed in october 1981. pretty nice shape! i would die if i got that in change! the only old style $5 bills i have are from circualtion and in pretty bad shape. one is still a little but crisp. they are both from 1995.
