2002 s sacagawea dollar today in cash drawer

Another nice coin found at work. Sadly some poor fella spent this to get cigarettes. I have put it in a new home

Not to bad for condition on a proof from circulation, ive found a few that I would just call an S mint, they no longer have any proof left to them lol

As far as this, its a proof dollar coin.. no I didn't get excited to inform someone I never seen before to begin with of what they had! and to correct you once again I am trying to collect coins myself, to have something I can be proud of not to spend on something that will kill me

 

Well flying on a plane or driving in your car could kill you - will you stop that too? Didn't think so!

 

Very good - so look in the mirror and judge yourself because you are so good as compared to people that buy Cigs or alchohol to get over there loss of their loved ones!! IF you never experienced your wife dying from cancer than keep your comments to yourself!

Great find Eric!!! I would do the same. Got a silver quarter in change a while back at a drug store. I told the employee, they did not ask for it back. HAHAHA ignore the few and keep posting.

 

Unfortunately, it is not worth much over face! Maybe $1.50 - $2.

You came into his thread running your mouth about him not telling a customer who just spent a coin that is worth basically face value.....and don't act like losing a loved one is an excuse to self medicate with cigs and alcohol, every person in this thread will more than likely lose a very loved one in their life, your story is no more tragic than the next guys....if you don't want to be judged maybe you shouldn't come into a thread being judgmental.

I have snagged NIFC Sac's from circulation a time or two, but never a proof as yet. Nice find! Proofs from circulation are always fun.
