I found this is a cigar tube of dimes and labeled it as what I think it is a Greek coin

Those are Lincoln 4 cent stamps, a block of 16. A gift from a member here (Paddy54), all part of my anything Lincoln collection.

Thanks, I also use a Nikkor Micro 105mm and a Nikkor Micro 60mm as needed.

I took these pictures with a cell phone camera on my son's bed, while he pulled on my arm and asked me to take him to the playground. How they turned this good under the circumstances, its a miracle. But I think they are the best I've taken of any coin up to date.

Thank you very much. I lucked into this one from a fellow coin collector where I live. I bought a few coins off of him and this is one he had available since he upgraded it. I'd hate to see the price tag on that upgrade!

Some beautiful photos there! My achilles heel when it comes to coin collecting is that I do not have much ability in taking photos!
GSDykes, you may want to make the exposure higher

Thank you. I assume that you are referring to the cent in the OP.

Yes. On my camera, I keep getting dark photos. So I make the exposure higher until the picture comes close to what the coin looks like in hand.

Here is my set up - Nikon D7100 with 105mm Micro Nikkor. Kaiser RS1 copystand. I don't think it is worth cheaping out on the copystand or building your own. The stability from a highend copystand enables me to go with a shutter speed that allows much more light, and I then use a relatively small aperture for great depth of field. I rarely tinker with the ISO setting.
