1928 S Peace Dollar and what would you grade this as ?

    You should always buy the coin, not the holder. The early PCI graders were often quite conservative. A 1931-S Lincoln that early PCI graded AU58 came back in an MS62 holder from PCGS!

    Looks like a softly struck 63 to me

    I agree w/ a few others ICG maybe 63
    Im saying 61
    soft struck

    I'll stick with my 58, but I agree that ICG isn't that bad until you get to the 69-70 grades.
