1983 cent with errors

    this is a 1983 cent with die cracks and looks like railroad rim but im wondering what the issue is under the beard on the obv

    You need to look at the edge to identify a "railroad rim".

    Thank you eric, for third image. As to what shows under the beard lust looks like scratches to me. on the other side of the body there are similar scratches, but I can't suggest why they are there.
