This one too. Below the top loop of the S looks like another top loop of an S.

If you go to varietyvista.com you can reference the mint marks and how they changed over the years. Plus you can research if it's an rpm etc...

 

Die chip in the 9 in 2nd photo. Frank, get your glasses on, I don't see ROM.
