Ok, you know what to do. Self explanatory. It has nice, two- sided rainbow toning, and a golden patina. Explain your observations, please. Thanks! ** Note— slab has some scratches, which I have not as yet polished out.**

I see a 66. And it’s either a proof or a type B reverse! I’m leaning towards proof as I see many proofs with that style toning.
Nice looking coin in what looks like an older holder.

I don't care for the toning at all. That being said PF66.

PR68 I want to say it's in an old ANACS holder. Nice toning too.

I’m probably way off but that toning is harsh to my eyes so I said Proof 64.

Toning harsh??? Well, each to their own. Should not affect grade.

Only harsh to my eyes. It’s difficult for me to look at the coin. Molted toning does that to me. No offense meant.

None taken. I don’t think the toning affects the grade.

No it doesn’t but that type of toning makes it difficult, at least for me. I said proof 64 but I’m sure it’s higher.

Looks like an older NGC holder (I've seen several with proofs with similar toning) and so I will say PF 65 (being conservative).
