The other two coins turned out to be Armenian from King Hetoum I rule. This coin, like the previous two, was also found by my cousin in Turkey back in the 1970s. I took two pictures of the obverse but none of the reverse since there isn't anything remaining on the reverse (worn smooth). Thanks!
Looks like 4th century Roman to me. Without the obverse emperor portrait it would be hard to pin down. The reverse looks like one that I have from Theodosius I (RIC 88a): My Theodosius coins Wildwinds data base Theodosius: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/theodosius_I/t.html I used some old photoediting software to lighten the image:
Here are some reverses from Constantine the Great that are quite close, you can browse them here: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/constantine/t.html
yeah, those coins from the era of Constantine The Great look like the same design. Too bad my coin isn't in better condition (especially the obverse) so that we might be able to better pin it down. Oh well, the coin was probably laying on the ground for 1500 years.
Shame on me, I wrote Genio Populi Romani, where I meant Soli Invicto Comiti, which is of course what this reverse is, as shown by acanthite on his pics. I apologize... Cucumbor
