    The rotation will need to reach at least 90 degrees to have much collector interest.

    That degree of rotation is so miniscule that it's probably still technically within tolerance. Like superdave said most series need at least a 90° rotation to add value and I'd say yours is about 5-10°clockwise

    Thanks for the pics. As most have said the rotation isn't enough to really make it an error or give it a premium. In fact I believe this is within the tolerances but others can weigh in about that.
