these are so great. I collect "coins with stars" I have these STAR Cuban coins. When I saw your 40 centavos coin... my heart raced that denomination has gone up in value over the last 2-3 years....getting harder to find.
Cuba 1915 40 centavos (low relief star) KM#14.3 , .900 silver , mintage- 2,633,000 F-$10.00 VF-$15.00 XF-$30.00 great coin. do not clean this coin. I like that toning. lucky find. in my opinion this coin is worth more than this in real life. $50-80.00

The Ireland 1966 10 Shilling is a nice design! I read in Krause that "Approximately 1,270,000 melted down" (out of 2 million struck). It gives a $30 value in XF--unsure the value to collectors in Ireland...
Yes. I have been going in there for quite some time buying U.S. coins and just looked in his world coin binders out of curiosity. I picked a couple of silver coins out and when he gave me the price, I decided to get a "few" more. Now I'm hooked! I have 74 coins and $155 into them. I figure $2.09 (average) per coin can't be too terrible.
My biggest issue is that I cannot find a real good value guide on these. Ebay has banned selling them, and Kraus isn't very accurate with these Cubans. Guess it doesn't really matter until I decide it's time to sell
