It certainly looks like a doubled die to me. The 1980-P is a tough one to come by as well. Nice find!

Yes, thank you for the link. Its look like my coin a lot. The letter B is double too.

 

Take a look at the link I posted earlier. While it certainly would be nice to see the entire coin, nothing I see even remotely suggests it is anything other than the linked variety.
