2017-P Ellis Island off center

This reverse of this coin is off center. The top rim is thinner than the rim on the bottom. Is this amount of off center normal? Thank you for any inputs.

Maybe just MAD, misaligned die.

Definitely Misaligned Die Strike. Not off center.
There's a difference.

It’s a MAD but it’s not an off centered coin.

 

That's a nice example of a MAD as usually they aren't that far off, so hang on to it. Is it worth more than face value, not in my opinion.
