Here are a few neat coins I picked up recently. Here are two older Liberian coins and an escudo from Portuguese Guinea, which I have never seen before.
Here is an early South African half crown and a 1934 Vatican 50 centesimi. Also, I got this key date Mexican 1918 5 centavos from a dealer's value bin for 15 cents today. The book value is somewhere between $35 and $90 depending on grade, though I doubt if it would sell for near the higher part of the range. Still, worth way more than 15 cents.
Very cool coins! I can't help but notice how much that Liberia 1862 2c resembles the earlier Great Britain "cartwheel" pennies/2d.
hiddendragon, Good pickup on the Mexican 5 centavos! Others are good also. Smile, you should be happy about these.
