I'm just not seeing anything which would lead to the conclusion of either a DDO or a DDR.

Normal coin. shiny, and reflective. Shadows will appear as doubling with the right (wrong?) light.

The 83 reverse double die is rather obvious when you see it. "ONE CENT" is where it doubles most, and sometimes the "E" in "E PLURIBUS UNUM." The blistering on the coin, though is kind of interesting. Probably a lamination error, or too much grease between the die and the planchet when struck.

just plating blisters, not a collectible error, very common on earlier Zincolns http://www.error-ref.com/?s=plating blisters

Just like tomfiggy stated, the reflection of light can be a nightmare and show what appears to be doubling :(.Can be frustrating at times.
