The 83 reverse double die is rather obvious when you see it. "ONE CENT" is where it doubles most, and sometimes the "E" in "E PLURIBUS UNUM." The blistering on the coin, though is kind of interesting. Probably a lamination error, or too much grease between the die and the planchet when struck.
