Something is wrong, either the coin, the label or both. You tell me http://www.ebay.de/ulk/itm/201447788581 Does the seller know... I guess so, why would they offer such a coin way below price guide? Contact NGC cust svc... hmmm? Looking at the label, the font and the barcode are different: Reported.
Forgot to mention I wrote "only if shilling is free" in the comments section of the best offer offer.
The "coin" in question looks terrible--there's missing/wrong details everywhere. There are also toning spots on the NGC picture absent on that fake...
Item located in Greece, sold on ebay.de. I was speaking with a German collector this summer and he said that he avoids using ebay.de, since the counterfeit problem is far worse there than it is on ebay.com.
Here is another that is selling on Ebay Item number 381425630543. They are selling Silver 2013 Panda with the title " 2013 gold silver panda chinese china coin auspicious matters 1 oz" for the price of $2.79 . What do you all think about this ?
Whenever you see a fake NGC or PCGS slab, report it directly to the company as well. NGC and PCGS both actively track, pursue, and combat counterfeiters.
