I would think $25-30 range. 1988 is kinda new ish. I have some 1963 $20 star notes which are only worth 30-40 bucks each, depending on condition. At least have a "Make Offer" option available so you can see what other people want it for.
That's a nice one to add to your collection when you find it for face value, but won't fetch much on the market due to its condition.
