    Ever since someone posted the site www.coolnumbers.com, I am obsessed with searching every bill I get. Today I got my coolest bill to date. It's a $20 so that means there goes another $20 I won't spend. I save star notes too. The S/N of my bill is 44404646 with a coolness factor of 97.7%. I submitted it to the site for consideration into the cool gallery From cool numbers site:

    The number you entered was 44404646.

    This is a very cool number! It has a Universal Coolness Index of 97.7%

    * 44404646 contains a 5-of-a-kind and 1 pair. Only 0.13% of 8-digit numbers have this combination.

    * All of the digits in 44404646 are even! Only 0.39% of 8-digit numbers have this property.

    * 44404646 has 3 unique digits. In 0.71% of 8-digit numbers, there are 3 or fewer unique digits.

    * 44404646 contains 1 triple together. Only 5.4% of 8-digit numbers have this combination.

    Thanks to whomever posted the cool numbers site. I love looking for cool numbers on FRNs.

    Congrats that is a cool number but I have no idea who came up with the coolness chart.

    A sincere warning my friend. This can and will get very expensive even at face value.

    I used to run a truck stop and the first thing I did EVERYDAY six days a week was verify $12,000 in cash.

    I soon found out that I could find $100 face value a day in star notes. I also found older 100's and 50's as well as smaller denominations. Finding 11 various 1950 Series $20 notes in one day is what led me to collecting and selling. Believe me it happens.

    One day I ran into 100 consecutive 1996 $20 star notes. I could go on for days here. Choose your notes wisely. If a better one comes up use the other ones to buy it.

    I still have a ton of notes from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Most are tougher blocks, combinations or errors. You really have to be disciplined in your search. I have very few notes higher than $20 face. Just couldn't afford them.

    Again congratulations on your cool note but be real careful. It's an expensive addiction.

    what are the letters bookending the serial? do they also complete it as a radar note?

    you could fetch a premium if the note is in top condition ...

    to be honest, try searching the site with all the serial numbers you can find :) how many can you find that are below 90%? Collect as you wish, its what bring each of us pleasure, but good luck selling the notes for more then face down the road.

    I've reduced my collecting down to binary radars, low numbers and errors. It was getting to the point I was collecting more than I could afford and I realized just because some numbers looked cool, they were either very common or I was the only one that thought so.
