Don't use PSCG (unless you mis-typed PCGS). Any of PCGS, NGC, PCI (less value added) or ANACS (less value added) will suffice.

What do you mean by less value added?

NGC is very good, but I prefer PCGS, and for resale value, I think using PCGS is definitely the best choice.

in general, coins in PCI and/or ANACS holders will sell for less money than those in NGC or PCGS holders at equal grade levels.

There is a market premium for the top two (right or wrong) - pcgs and ngc. Very slight premium if any for ANACS and ICG. The rest, at best, the plastic protects the coin. But the assumption will be that the grade is bunk and the coin wouldn't straight grade at PCGS or NGC.

There is no one best TPG for all material. The answer will depend entirely on what the coins are. I suggest posting specifics to get a better answer.

Just because a coin is in an ANACS holder does not mean it won't straight grade elsewhere.

Just because a coin is raw doesn't mean that it won't either, but there is a strong perception in the marketplace that it does. Same thing with the second (and lower) tier TPGs.

    Sadly, perception is reality sometimes.

    I like PCGS.......

Whatever you do don't send them to PG&E.......you'll never get'em back.

I would avoid PCI it is very questionable nowadays. I'm not even sure if they are even in operation at the moment. (probably between owners again.)
