Struck silver today

I was at work today and noticed that every one out of two or three rolls i opened contained either a silver 1946-64 dime or a mercury dime! So i opened them all (man they are going to be MAD tomorrow when each till has like 10-15 bucks in dimes) and this is what i found:

1942-s merc
4 1943 mercs
2 1964 xf
1964 d
1946
1963

not bad for an honest day's work! i didn't even have to try!

Congrats!!! I've had no luck whatsoever with dime rolls. But I just got an album with some dimes I bought yesterday.... May have to start filling holes!!!!

Great finds xeno! I dont run across silver dimes very often.

 

Do you know some banks require tellers to fill out a form at closing time listing all silver coins that are still in their till?

Many tellers find this problematic (an unwanred chore) so they try to give the silver coins out in making change. Have you checked wirh your teller?
