20??error shield vent

    Nice error obverse double strik I believe. Is verry visible to eye is thinner on one rim than the other. And has been struck off center twice with looks like the design of the back of a dime pressed into our. And out is smooth around the date, , could ouibe valuable, I'll hold onto it either way. Just wondering if anyone knows about this one
