Not even close to a Doubled Die - Looks like a PMD - It's a Post Mint Damage corroded Cent. Something, maybe a harsh chemical, made the copper plating come off like that.

Looks like the time I accidentally left a zinc I found metal detecting in rust remover I used to clean my clad I found metal detecting, the cleaning solution was nearly pure Phosphoric Acid, I would never put anything rare there except for rusty iron and a brush to clean the rust on the shelf in the bathroom.
