Ok, please feel free to grade this 1932 Washington Quarter. The True view looks exactly like the coin— it has pastel rainbow toning. All comments are welcome.

I don’t know proper grading on this date but I would say 58. It looks beautiful and if I owned it, I would argue that it’s a 68.

Personally even though it prob received an MS grade, it probably lightly circulated.
    64

Ok passes f12 so far. EF40 good also. MS60 is good also. Mind you the red book doesn’t do the reverse no favors. Looks like only a solid wing. This coin gets a 65. One nick on the cheek. Best I can do. Blame it on the red book k

Red book grading??? Never heard of grading coins like that. Get an overall concept of what the coin looks like— it isn’t about counting the bag marks.

The reverse could be more of a worn die than circ. But there are areas that are a concern. The field in front of the nose. The field behind the head by the Y. That stain on the eagles wing (toning?). Some of the album toning on the reverse edge from 2 to 6 o'clock might be hiding some issues. There are a number of nicks on the obverse. 2 by the bow, 1 on the cheek and a cluster of 5 nicks in the center of the hair, there are more nicks on the neck. Two rim nicks by the date and one on the reverse rim at 3 o'clock. Just because a coin is a great looking specimen doesn't mean there aren't flaws.
I said lightly circ and certain coins get a little leeway and not all are graded on the same criteria.

I think a worn die artifact. There is a die crack behind the eagle’s head.

I'm going to say 64+ truly a beauty,if it wasn't for the edge nicks on the lower right I would give it a 66.

Damn. My grading could use some work. I’m sticking with 65 maybe. Lol

I think I see a tiny rub on the hair and on the Eagle's breast...so it's probably technically a AU58...but I know PCGS will let a tiny rub slide if the coin looks good and this one certainly looks good.

I'm gonna say they called it a MS64.
