Toned Mercs on Ebay

    Could be natural... I've got some mercs that are like that, personally I call them dirty, not toned.. :) IMHO...

    Looks fine to me, what you need to watch out for is those "natural" rainbow washington state quarters.

    I would not sell or buy these as "toned". They are just average circulated merc dimes that are discolored or "crusty." They are not horrible, but they are not great.
