Oh my! That's a double faced obverse.

Believe it or not these are not rare.

Albeit this particular one is extremely rare. There are no recorded double faced obverses with a sitting president and during his term having Elvis play for him at the White House.

This belongs in the Smithsonian.

 

What kind of error is this quarter? It looks like it happened BEFORE it came from the mint, meaning it's a real error. Please tell me what it's worth. Also, there is the face of a doggie on it somewhere. Please find the face.
