Graded. PCGS PR65RB CAC This is a Judd 147 $1 annular pattern, intended as an idea to replace the gold $1 coinage. They were so small the general public was complaining about losing them. This was an attempt to make them larger in diameter and harder to lose... But maintain only $1 worth of gold. Thanks for looking!

I already had a Vitellius I was happy with but this one surfaced as a one time deal so I parted with my other and put it toward this one which cost a bit more but worth it. I liked the portrait filling up the flan more then my old & its a better reverse type. Vitellius (69 A.D.) AR Denarius O: Laureate head right. R: S P Q R / OB / C S in three lines within wreath.
