After reading your comment, I decided to purchase another. I can't find any for sale through the mint. I do see "back order."

You can still order it if it is backordered. It will say something like unavailable if they are sold out.

The winner for this series is the Theodore Roosevelt chronicle set.
The best medal design is the Franklin Roosevelt chronicle set.
The most popular one is the John F. Kennedy chronicle set.

I guess these aren't so hot after all since they are still available for sale at the mint...The hype is over!

Ya see gentlemen, it's all about collecting, not flipping. If you're righteous in your collecting endeavour, you'll just be happy to have one or two of these sets and to be hanged about how may are left for sale at the mint. Who cares? On the other hand, if you thought you were going to score big time on this issue then you just received your comeuppance. Ain't gonna happen. No college trust fund for the little one........

Yeah, they haven't sold out because they went to back order. These will be long term winners.

True, and I like these in my collection, they should be long term winners.

Average price for this set is $80.00 right now. Dealers buying price should be at cost $57.95 or lower. Reason - too many being produced.

    Harry Truman set - $205.00
    Theodore Roosevelt set - $165.00
    Dwight Eisenhower set - $157.50
    Abraham Lincoln set - $105.00

I will state this again, it is hard to believe that a base metal coin packaged with a silver medal can be sold for more than the original issue price a current five-ounce silver ATB puck.

Collector demand..........once that falls off you'll be glad you hung on to your 'puck'. :)

People are going to be real upset when they find out the Roosevelt & Lincoln sets do not have unique coins.

Unique coin is important as to mintage. Other such as perfection.

P.s. Franklin and John chronicle set also doing well from doom.
