1899 Indian head cent RPD

I'm unsure as to which RPD this is, if anyone has any info,links,etc I would greatly appreciate it.

RPD 002 I believe there are 37 varieties and my eyes are very tired. Try Indian varieties . Com /pennies

 

I checked the site, none of them match, at least none with photos.

 

I see something in the lower loop of the 8 but the 9 just looks like it took a hit.
