It seems a quite a few of us try to own a scarce/rare example when we can...and 'Gil' certainly falls in that category....VERY nice !!! My old sellers photo of Macrinus:
I have 103 Roman rulers, including some Roman Provincial coins for some slots. http://www.tantaluscoins.com/coins/grid288.php Maximus Caesar AE25 of Deultum, Thrace. 235-238 AD, 9.0g, 25mm OBV: C IVL VER MAXIMVS CES Bare-headed and draped bust right. REV: COL F L PAC DEVLT Concordia standing left with cornucopiae and patera over altar. REF: Varbanov 2454
And the 'other' Drusus---the SON of Tiberius: I recall Gil and that 'chart' is filling faster than my 'Holes' are being filled LOL
Well, it's slowing down dramatically since I have most of the common ones. The rest are going to get really difficult to obtain but I have plenty of time. I might obtain 110 by the end of next year, perhaps. I'm getting a Nerva As this upcoming month.

Well done. I am only collecting AE RE's for my Grandkids. However, any RE denarii I am keeping for my collection. I like yours!
Ummm, I'm not too sure what you dudes are considering "scarce"? => but I did notice a couple of Macrinus examples, so I'm gonna toss-in my sweet coin ...
