Okay, so far so good! So the quest led me to my first coin show, which was so fun. I was totally unprepared, but ended up with a bunch of additions and am continuing to learn so much. It's pretty sweet walking out of there with an envelop of goodies I get to hold. All pretty affordable. Love all these 50c commemoratives. Got a Connecticut in really nice shape (though I immediately regret not spending 50 bucks more for the one that really caught my eye) and a flashy Oregon Trail. Good stuff. Walking around at the show I'm seeing some of these really amazing coins and I suppose I could just end up with a few really super graded specimens, but this is so fun and life is long. When I get a full page done I'll post a pic. My coins are so far from physics-fan3.14's registry set! ... that is really a beautiful collection.
