i senty an email asking.. if he says its a 2006, he will probably change the title .. if he says its a 2007 presale.. i will report him. Ebay terms state that an item MUST be deilvered within 90 days of close of sale... this is why most presales start within that timeframe .... if i am wrong.. please someone tell me EDIT: i meant 30 days lol, not 90

"the 2007 is not out yet, you do not have the item listed as a presale. According to Ebay policy, the item MUST be delivered within 30 days of end of sale. This item is not listed to be released by the mint within the next 30 days, so you will ntobe able to honor the sale. Please end the auction or i will be forced to notify Ebay. Thank You." should i send it, and should i report him to Ebay?
I came across something like that too. The seller had a 2007 canadian olympic wheelchair curling coin for sale...but they aren't out until July
Absolutely. That is, if you enjoy tilting at windmills! There's no way EBay will take any action against someone who has earned them more than 5,000 fees!
I just sent him one asking how he manages to sell this one when the mint is not releasing the legacy til this late summer or fall.
I got a response back from this guy that he was mistaken. Q and A are below. After seeing the broken english, I realize that this guy sent me some substandard product a year or two ago. I ordered what was advertised as a sealed mint box of 2004 Westward Journey Peace nickels. It was illustrated as such, and he sent me a couple of tubed rolls that weren't even uncirculated.
