Thoughts on Grade - 1914 Cent

    still there Stephan 77? ol well nice coin anyway could've been BU maybe ms ? never clean specialy copper great coin thoughdefinitly AU58

    Really? That high?
    Yes, my bad cleaning it. I did it a while ago and stopped since then. AU58 even with the pockmarks? (kind of like a chicken did a little dance across the coin).

    still a nice coin look it up.i don't have any value indexs in front of me right now. if it was a D youd be shouting !!

    It stopped being anywhere near AU many years ago.

    Details VF35.

    You should visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheldon_coin_grading_scale and read very carefully the "Circulated grades" table.

    Lincoln Cent Resource would put it at EF40 to 45.

    Nice find!

    unc - details cleaned questionable color, now if it was not clean it might grade 63-4+ depending , even in a bn at 65 is great

    EF40, close to VF35, details, cleaned.

    I have the details at EF40, and worthy of spending maybe a bit of time as a Pocket Piece to recover some surface originality. 5 grade points wouldn't represent a huge loss in value.
