Neat 1720 Sweden 1 ore struck over ?????

    Here's what i believe is a 1720 Swedish 1 ore struck over another coin. I was wondering if first it is Swedish 1 ore and then what is it struck over if,in fact, that's what I'm seeing. Thanks for looking. MVC-077S.JPG
