    artificial but accidental? I found it in a roll. Would someone do that and throw it back in the penny jar? I don't know.

    I have clad Ike's that my son & his friends dive for in our pool that look like that. Once they come out of the pool water it evaporates on some areas of the coin before others. The latter areas get a rainbowish tone.
