I see the doubling but it's possible that its Master Die Doubling which exists on darn near everyone of these coins. On well struck examples, it shows up quite well on the Date. On poorly struck examples it will show up as lightly split serifs. What I am NOT see is an RPM. However, the only way to be sure is to send it off to CONECA for actual attribution.
Yeah It's hard too see the details with this scope, because the lighting is very bright and for some reason it hides the split lines.But in hand with a loop the mint mark looks like it was struck three times.Anyway thanks and take care.
